Hope everyone is enjoying the start of summer. Many of you are in a great place looking into next season and the information below should help fill in some gaps – if you have not done so, please forward Kelsea and I your schedules by June 15th. If you cannot meet that deadline, please touch base and let us know your situation. Massive shout out to Kelsea who has been working on booking regional locations since February – I for one am very excited for some new locations. Feel free to forward this information directly to your clubs so they can be aware of what’s ahead this upcoming season. 

 

Fall 15s: Locations for AQ conference champions will be confirmed later in the summer once we have reviewed all schedules and confirmed all conference pathways. We’re adding multiple conferences to all divisions, so assume some changes to accomodate for new members. Please get us your conference schedules by June 15th if you haven’t sent it along already. If you want any help with scheduling solutions, please let myself or Kelsea know. 

 

All Star 7s: New location this year so adjust your budgets accordingly. Conference points of contact are due to us no later than 8/1 – you can just email them to me for now before we dive into more official planning. Due to our growing interest in the event and new membership, we are looking at different structures to accomodate all teams. Conferences to confirm after 8/1 will not be guaranteed space in the tournament. Hotel blocks are in progress. 

 

Spring 7s: Location for CRC 2025 is not confirmed yet, but NCR is looking to extend the contract in Maryland at this time. Over the summer we will be looking at adjusting pathways to include a regional model rather than simply a strict conference model for AQ tournaments – more info to come this idea is in infancy. We will also be looking to make schedule adjustments which may alter competition days. The tournament will continue to be a 16 team knockout style competition with 4 games spread out over 2 days.

• 15th – 17th: Regional Championships: All teams guaranteed two matches over the weekend

  • Division I – Quarterfinal Friday; Consolation Saturday; Semi Final Sunday 

    • East: Obetz Fortress, Columbus Ohio

    • West: CPKC Training Complex, Kansas City, MO

  • Division II & Small College – Round of 16 Saturday: Round of 8 and Consolation Sunday

    • East: Irish Cultural Center, Canton, MA

    • South: Culpeper Sports Complex, Culpeper, VA

    • Midwest: Obetz Fortress, Columbus Ohio

    • West: CPKC Training Complex, Kansas City, MO

• 28th: Thanksgiving

December 2024

• 7th-8th: National Championship Weekend at Sabrecats Stadium in Houston, TX

January 2025 

• 25-26: National Cup 7s All Star Tournament at Silverbacks Park in Atlanta, GA

• Points of contact per conference due by 8/1
