Stony Brook, NY – Women’s Conference representative Reggie Ferraro announced the All-Conference Selections for the Tri-State Collegiate Rugby teams. 

 

The teams in the Tri-State Division II have been highly competitive over the years with Vassar College, Fairfield University and Marist University (formerly Marist College) all reaching the latter stages of the National Fall Championship in the past 10 years. Last year Vassar won the NCR Division II title and Fairfield made the last 8 defeating the number 1 team from Rugby North East.

 

The Tri-State Conference has selected the following players as All-Conference standouts. The criteria is that each student must be in good academic standing with their school; the student must have been a starter on the A-side with a strong skill set and game knowledge; and not have had any disciplinary issues.
